You get fast, accurate, courteous answers from the actual developers of the program. If your subscription has expired, you can still contact us via email at techsupport@ezfiling.com. (When sending an email, please include the following information: your name, your customer ID number, the version of Windows you have installed, the nature of your support question, and any other information that you feel might be of assistance in resolving the issue, such as "I just connected a new printer.") When renewing your EZ-UpKeep™ Technical Support subscription, bankruptcy lawyers have the following two options from which to choose: Electronic Update Service or CD Update Service. Electronic Update Service –from $199*The annual subscription price is contingent on which EZ-Filing bankruptcy forms preparation software package you have licensed. Remember, with your initial licensing of EZ-Filing bankruptcy software, you get the EZ-UpKeep Technical Support subscription FREE for one year. The one-year Electronic Update Service subscription fee tied to the Basic Package is $199*. The Professional Package subscription is $249* annually, and the annual Network PRO Package subscription is $269*. All Electronic Update Service subscriptions come with FREE priority telephone technical support, new yearly version releases on CD, and the ability to download from the internet all updates that become available during your subscription. The Electronic Update Service is available to current clients whose EZ-UpKeep Technical Support subscription has not expired. If your EZ-UpKeep™ subscription has expired, you must purchase the Reinstatement Subscription described below. CD Update Service – from $259*This support subscription offers the same benefits as the Electronic Update Service subscription described above except all new major updates will be sent to you on CD so you don't have to download them from the Internet. The same FREE priority telephone tech support comes with this service. As with the Electronic Update Service, the annual fee is tied to the software package that you have purchased. The subscription fee is $279* for the Basic Package, $329* for the Professional Package, and $349* for the Network PRO package. Reinstatement SubscriptionThe Reinstatement Subscription service is required for bankruptcy lawyers who have allowed their EZ-UpKeep™ Technical Support subscription to expire. Not only does the Reinstatement Subscription bring your EZ-Filing software up-to-date and into compliance with current bankruptcy regulations, it also restores your access to our FREE priority telephone support and all new releases and updates for one year.
