Technical Support is available in several ways depending on your EZ-UpKeep™ subscription status: If your subscription is current and you need assistance,  we welcome your calls using our toll-free number—you get fast, accurate answers from the actual developers of the program. If your subscription has expired, you can still contact us via e-mail at techsupport@ezfiling.com.
(When sending an email, please include the following information: your name, your customer ID number, the version of Windows you have installed, the nature of your support question, and any other information that you feel might be of assistance in resolving the issue, such as "I just got a new printer." )

If your EZ-UpKeep™ subscription is not current, do not be disheartened—you can renew it. There are two subscription services to choose from:

Electronic Update-Service - from $179.00*
    The electronic update-service subscription package is available for $179.00* per year for the Liquidation Package. The Comprehensive Package is $229.00*. The Network Package is $249.00*. All Electronic Update-Service subscriptions entitle you to priority telephone technical support, the receipt of each new release on CD, and the ability to download from the Internet all incremental updates that become available during your subscription. The electronic update-service subscription is available to current clients whose support has yet to expire. If your EZ-UpKeep™ subscription has expired, you must purchase the Upgrade Renewal. 

CD Update-Service - from $259.00*
    The CD update-service subscription package is $259.00* per year for the Liquidation Package. The Comprehensive Package is $309.00*. The Network Package is $329.00*. All CD Update-Service subscriptions entitle you to up to 6 minor updates sent to you on CD per year, and priority telephone technical support.

Upgrade Renewal -
    The Upgrade Renewal is available to clients whose EZ-UpKeep™ subscription has expired.

In addition to the EZ-UpKeep™ subscription, we offer the following support item:

CD Reissues - $25.00*
    Re-issued CD-ROMs incur a prepaid $25.00 fee unless you currently subscribe to the CD update-service subscription package.
