We truly wish we could say that every court keeps us updated but that's not the case. Even though the Administrative Office of the United States Courts maintains a list of software vendor contact [email] addresses, some courts feel using that list would mean discriminating against someone not on the list. So...
If you are aware of a form change for your district (and based on the activity we've seen in the last two weeks, there are probably quite a few) please let us know. We'd rather get duplicate emails than have you get a deficiency notice.

See 11 U.S.C. § 109(h)(3)(A)(ii), as amended by Pub. L. 111-16, also effective on December 1, 2009.
Statement 2 of the December 1, 2009, revised version of the form reflects the change, effective December 1, 2009, of the deadline to file a copy of a certificate and debt repayment plan (if any) from the credit counseling agency from 15 days to 14 days. New Form B201A includes warnings about the new filing deadlines which are effective on December 1, 2009.
Note: We will continue to include both new forms in Case Documents until it is known how all the courts will react to the documents. FREE Ticket-In/Ticket-Out Software from EZ-Filing, Inc.
NEW from EZ-Filing, Inc... FREE tool for credit counseling and debtor education enrollment and monitoring that works with any bankruptcy program.
Ticket-In/Ticket-Out software is designed to streamline the mandatory credit counseling and debtor education process. Ticket-In is currently the only software service available for quickly enrolling your clients and tracking their progress through credit counseling and debtor education, and you automatically receive their certificates when they complete each course. The service even warns you when a certificate is about to expire.
During your initial interview with a potential client, Ticket-In registers the debtor for credit counseling with participating bankruptcy counseling partners like CIN Legal Data Services. You initiate the process from your office so you are less likely to lose a client through the client's procrastination or to another attorney.
Every night, the software automatically checks the status of the clients you have enrolled, downloads certificates for those who have completed their counseling and provides you with an event log and to-do list each morning. No more missed filing dates or clients falling through the cracks while you wait for them to return with their certificates. Track multiple cases with ease.
This unique software service allows you to immediately establish a business relationship with your potential clients by becoming proactive in their counseling process. Learn more and download your FREE Ticket-In/Ticket-Out software at www.ticketin.com or www.ezfiling.com/ticketin.html

Law Office Computing Bankruptcy Software Review
Finally, what EZ-Filing, Inc. clients have known for years: Best Case® "...lacks functionality for intuitive entry..." (according to Law Office Computing, Means Test and Reform review by Alexander Lubarsky, legal technology consultant. February/March 2006 issue)
In the February/March 2006 issue of Law Office Computing, EZ-Filing® was matched up against Best Case® for a review on how each product assisted the attorney in post-BAPCPA bankruptcy case filings. Mr. Lubarsky rated EZ-Filing® as "Easy...intuitive and simple to use." He had this to say about our competitor Best Case®: "Best Case doesn't seem to have any way to enter data directly from a pay stub or to direct the system to multiply pay stub figures by a number of identical pay stubsa useful feature unique to EZ-Filing."
Mr. Lubarsky continues: "I don't feel I did these programs justice because I only focused on a small portion of the features...". And though we appreciate Mr. Lubarsky's kind words, it is the opinion of EZ-Filing, Inc. that to make a bankruptcy software selection based on such a limited review is tantamount to purchasing a new car because you're fond of the hubcaps. We agree with Mr. Lubarsky's determination that our competitor's product "lacks functionality" and disagree that they are "full-featured and robust". By Mr. Lubarsky's own admission that he focused on only a small portion of the features in either product would preclude the results of the report form being taken as a definitive head-to-head comparison.
EZ-Filing recommends you make your own decision regarding something as important to your practice as bankruptcy software. You can download a demonstration copy of our product by clicking here. Read some of our client testimonials here. We're confident you'll agree there isn't a better bankruptcy-forms-preparation software available anywhere, at any price!
